In which we learn that dead whales are not welcome to settle in for a long winter’s nap on Oregon beaches, at least as far as the State Highway Division in concerned.

Featuring an interview with Paul Linman. Cause it’s our Kick Ass Oregon History Christmas Special!!!

Mr. Linnman has, of course, LITERALLY writen the book on the subject – and it’s a great volume. You should buy The Exploding Whale right here.

And here is a youtube clip of Mr. Linnman’s segment. As he states in our interview – you’ve seen it a TON, and he has never received any compensation for it – so do him a favor for years of enjoyment, and buy his damn book!
