Some Kick Ass Fall Walking Tours!

By oregonhistorian · On September 6, 2016

The leaves are all turning, the evenings are getting cooler and all the hipster tourists are headed back home and out of these much more rainy environs – so time for some Fall Walking Tours!

We have quite a few holiday tours coming up to help you with activity planning this fall!

First – we are hosting our monthly Walking Tour of Portland’s Sinful Past: Shanghaiers, Saloons and Skullduggery. This is such a fun tour and a GREAT way to introduce some visiting family or friends to some interesting and aged tales of Portland’s past. Let me take them off your hands for an hour and a half! The tour is only $18 per person. We have a tour on October 29th, October 30th and November 26th.

And it wouldn’t be Christmas without our Christmas Day Edition of our Seedy, Seamy, Sinful Portland Walking Tour! We are partnering with Know Your City again for this (almost) annual tradition – because Mary’s is open 365 days a year! You can find tickets for that Christmas event right HERE.

And of course – we do private tours! We can do them for as few as 5 people. Walking – or on buses! So if you have a work group that’s looking for a team building reprieve, or a different type of holiday work function, a birthday party or a group of friends in town who dig them some things of a historical nature – just let us know what you’d like to do, and we can assist you!
